'Inspired by the thunderstorm that rolled through the farm, presenting us with deep blue hues and electric blue sparks, I wanted to paint something that represented my take on a flowery-thunderstorm. A great friend of mine said to me while I was splashing away at this; “great ideas come from the ashes” - and thats exactly what Belleflower did for me and most definitely what she represents.'
